This booklet was designed as a final sophomore student project at Washington University in St. Louis. Ups + Downs of Designing with Anxiety, an op-ed written by Emily Gosling and published in AIGA Eye on Design, addresses the complex intersection of anxiety and creativity in the design community. In addition to the article text, this booklet also includes tips for managing anxiety in the workplace, which were curated by MIND, a UK mental health charity. Additionally, I contributed images of artists, authors, and other famous creatives who have used their respective platforms to share their own experiences with anxiety and mental illness.
