This Book Is Part of a Stack of Books, as Well as It Is a Book of Stacks. Published by Rollo Press as a contribution to the exhibition If it’s part broke, half fix it. at the Contemporary Art Centre, Vilnius, January 28 – March 13, 2011. Edited and designed by Estonian artist Triin Tamm.

Known for embracing simultaneity, incoherence, multiplicity, and clumsiness juxtaposed with perfection, Tamm participates in the production of small crafts, minute actions and simple writings to express a sense of freedom in both the mundane and the paths less travelled. Here she explores the contents of an eclectic selection of books encompassing an assortment of divergent but related themes, from typography to linguistics and from spirituality to symbolism. — Idea Books

Does anybody know which version of Franklin Gothic this is? It does not seem like the “usual” ones (ITC, URW…). Or am I wrong?

Not ITC’s or URW’s, but Linotype’s Franklin Gothic Extra Condensed (also sold by Adobe) looks like a match.
