“Wanderweg” sign

    ITC Honda in outline and cut in wood, featuring the alternate g with closed loop and a lowered initial W (Bradley-style). Chances are that this piece of lettering is based on Corel’s digitization (1992) which included exactly this combination of glyphs for a, r, and g.

    Spotted by birx in 2010 and posted to the Wandertypografie Flickr group. Wanderweg is German for “hiking trail”. See more trail type on the dedicated website maintained by Scribble Tone.

      Nice find! With its lowered initial W, the look of this Wanderweg made me think of Bradley for a moment…
