From TRÜF’s website: “Zag needed an identity that would echo their technical prowess and creativity.”

That’s exactly the purpose Plau was designed for. It is inspired by coding and monospaced fonts, but made to work with normal spacing as a branding typeface with strong personality and unapologetic forms such as in the ‘A’, ‘V’ and ‘W’.
